If you've ever played Scotland Yard - where players have to hunt for a hidden Mr X, then this game should appeal. Here though, the situation is reversed, and most of the players are novices trying to fulfil a secret wish in the abbey while avoiding being caught by the prowling Prioress or the old Abbess. Novices must walk, run or sneak through dimly lit halls, corridors and gardens, seeking keys and treasures unique to their goal. They must be careful not to make a noise or they might get caught. The Prioress and Abbess both patrol fixed paths, but if they hear a suspicious noise, they may leave their paths and investigate.
Nuns on the Run is a very light, social game.
