In Al La Carte, you really get to play at cooking with a little cardboard stove and a real metal saucepan. Players are trying to cook perfect dishes according to the receipes. But adding ingredients is a little haphazard and you have to be careful not to over-salt and spoil your dish. You must also maintain the correct cooking temperature or your efforts will end up in the gargabe. There are also chances to ruin other chef's dishes. You even try your hand at flipping a pancake.

This game has got it all: strategy, luck and some dexterity. Even when you've finished a game, the kids will still want to play with the cooking utensils.
