Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and most debit cards. You will be asked to enter you credit card details using secure web pages. Please see the section below on Credit Card Security.



Shipping And Handling


We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and charge the cost of postage according to the weight of the products. If a package exceeds the Royal Mail size limits, we may split the order or use an alternative delivery service (e.g DHL, UPS).

We also deliver overseas. To find the postage charge, just put the item(s) you require into a shopping cart and proceed to the checkout in order to select the destination country. Once this is done, the checkout can calculate the exact cost.



Delivery Schedule


Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day will usually be dispatched that day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekend will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

If you select First Class postage, Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class post within 1-2 working days (after dispatch) anywhere in the UK.

If you choose Second Class postage it will be delivered within 2-3 business days (after dispatch).

For European customers we also offer a courier service. This will not be dispatched until the day after the order was received, and is a 'signed-for' service.

Surface Mail to destinations outside the UK take 2 - 12 weeks to arrive. There may be further delays if the item is held up in customs (where applicable).

Air Mail to destinations outside the UK usually take 3-5 working days to arrive in the destination country, where it will be delivered by the local postal service. There may be further delays if the item is held up in customs (where applicable).


We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within five days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.



Tax Charges

All prices include UK VAT at 20% where appropriate. Where the delivery address is outside the European Union, UK VAT will be removed at the checkout.



Credit Card Security


When the order is placed at our website, online credit card payments are secured using Sage Pay, a third party Payment Provider (using 128 bit encryption). Credit card details are only decrypted after they reach our Payment Provider's computer. They are neither transmitted over the Internet in clear text nor held on any web site in clear text. Green Knight Games never sees your credit card details.

Privacy Policy


Green Knight Games do not disclose customers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Green Knight Games conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. Data collected by this site is used to:

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes



Returns Policy


Green Knight Games comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contract Regulations. A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, for a full refund including the delivery charge. Missing items, faulty or damaged goods should be reported either by email or in writing within 30 working days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement.

We will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, our only obligation is to refund the full purchase price.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction will be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Please include a covering letter explaining the reason that the goods are being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our trading policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
