Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day will usually be dispatched that day. Orders placed after these hours or on the weekend will usually be dispatched on the next business day.
If you select First Class postage, Royal Mail usually deliver anywhere in the UK within 1 - 2 working days (after dispatch). They aim to deliver next business day (including Saturdays).
If you choose Second Class postage it will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days (after dispatch).
For European customers we offer a courier service with Parcel Force. This will not be dispatched until the day after the order was received, and is a 'tracked' service.
For overseas customers we offer:
International Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 12 weeks to arrive.
International Economy delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days to arrive in the destination country, where it will be delivered by the local postal service. There may be further delays if the item is held up in customs (where applicable).
To find the postage charge, just put the item(s) you require into a shopping cart and proceed to the checkout in order to select the destination country. Once this is done, the checkout can calculate the exact cost.
We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within five days.
Green Knight Games comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contract Regulations. A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, for a full refund including the delivery charge.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.
In the event that an component is missing from a product we have supplied, please contact us and we will endeavour to obtain and dispatch a replacement component as soon as possible.
Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 14 working days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. We will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, our only obligation is to refund the full purchase price. including postage. Green Knight Games are responsible for the costs incurred in returning damaged or faulty goods.
